These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of genalphai.com and GenAlphAI services, including the Research Desk, Deep Research workspace, newsletter, and AI Cost Audit (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, or by creating an account and accepting these Terms, you agree to them.
Who may use the Services
You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account.
What the Services provide
GenAlphAI provides research, analysis, publishing, and cost-audit tools. Research outputs are generated with automated systems and source-retrieval workflows. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Citations improve traceability but do not guarantee that a conclusion is correct.
Your responsibility
You must review outputs and source material before relying on them. The Services do not provide legal, medical, tax, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Do not use an output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to break the law; harm, deceive, harass, or exploit others; infringe rights; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; evade quotas or security controls; overload the Services; or reverse engineer protected parts of the Services except where law expressly permits it. Do not upload passwords, API keys, confidential prompts, personal data you lack permission to process, or other sensitive information unless a product expressly requests it.
Your content
You retain ownership of prompts, files, and other material you submit. You grant GenAlphAI a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it. Public Research Desk briefs are published only when the submission flow offers that option and you opt in.
Our content and software
The Services, site design, software, branding, and original editorial material are owned by GenAlphAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may link to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. These Terms do not grant rights to GenAlphAI trademarks or private software.
Availability and usage limits
The current Deep Research service is offered without charge and subject to per-account limits, concurrency controls, and fair-use restrictions. We may change limits, suspend jobs, or modify and discontinue features to protect reliability, security, and users. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of reports; retain your own copies of material you need.
Third-party services
The Services may retrieve or link to third-party websites and depend on infrastructure providers. GenAlphAI does not control third-party content, availability, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenAlphAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, GenAlphAI’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GenAlphAI for the affected Service in the preceding 12 months or US$100.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, nonpayment if paid services are introduced, or protection of the Services and other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through the site or account experience when reasonably practicable. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
General
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Services unless a separate written agreement applies.
